Sie wurde im Rahmen der Swisscombi-CAC-Veranstaltung des Windhundsportvereins Bern im Innenbereich der Rennbahn in Lotzwil bei Langenthal abgehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Meldezahl von insgesamt fast 200 Windhunden war der veranstaltende Rennverein sicher sehr zufrieden und nutzte dies auch gleich, um mit einer grossen G\u00e4steschar das frischer\u00f6ffnete grossz\u00fcgige Clubhaus einzuweihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es war ein h\u00fcbsches Bild, wie der Deerhound Club mit \u00fcber 40 Deerhounds unter schottischer Musik Einzug hielt in den grossz\u00fcgigen Ring und so die Jahresausstellung er\u00f6ffnete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man hatte die langj\u00e4hrige Ibizian-Hound-Z\u00fcchterin (Kennel Rosenhill) und Gruppe10- Richterin Frau Eli Klepp (fr\u00fcher Forset) aus Norwegen eingeladen. Sehr freundlich aber zielstrebig beurteilte sie die Hunde. Alle wurden genau gepr\u00fcft und bef\u00fchlt. Frau Klepp legte neben guten Winkelungen, einem l\u00e4nglichen Format und guter Fellqualit\u00e4t viel Wert auf ein ausbalanciertes Gangwerk, was zur Folge hatte, dass die Aussteller ordentlich &#171;bewegt&#187; wurden. Bei meistens mindestens 2 grossen Runden in rassigem Tempo verglich sie die Hunde genau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insgesamt wurden 15 R\u00fcden gezeigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bereits bei den 5 Jungr\u00fcden in der J\u00fcngstenklasse wurde deutlich, dass die Schweiz offen f\u00fcr neue Wege in der Zucht ist, denn 4 der 5 haben eine Australierin, n\u00e4mlich die letztj\u00e4hrige Clubsiegerin Nelungaloo Charaid, zur Mutter. Sie stammen aus dem D-Wurf Fiadhaich von Marianne Del Sole. Der 5. Jungr\u00fcde, der 7-monatige Fernhill&#8217;s High Glamour (Fernhill&#8217;s Turbulent Indigo x Fernhill&#8217;s Dulcinea) Z\u00fcchterin: B.&nbsp;Heidenreich, im Besitz von Petra Pfenninger, wurde erst vor kurzem aus Kanada importiert und gefiel der Richterin am besten. Ihm wurde sp\u00e4ter auch das J\u00fcngsten-BOB zuerkannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Jugendklasse pr\u00e4sentierte sich wiederum ein Hund aus \u00dcbersee. Lehigh Yanker the Deerhunter (Fernhill&#8217;s Torquil x Dunkeld Jihad Emma of Lehigh) Z\u00fcchterin: Paula Pascoe, USA, Besitzer: R. Devaux \/ K. Rohrbach, der mit V1 aus dem Ring ging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Offenen Klasse wurden 5 teilweise noch etwas unreife R\u00fcden gezeigt. Wallace the Deerhunter (Secretis Nonsuch x Brylach Grevillea) Z\u00fcchterin R. Devaux, Besitzer K. Schweizer erhielt V1 und kam sp\u00e4ter bei der Wahl des Besten R\u00fcden auf den dritten Platz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Gebrauchshundeklasse stand nur ein R\u00fcde, Ch. Demian from Highlanders Yard (Aquila from Highlanders Yard x Lyonhil Vixen) Z\u00fcchter und Besitzer: Fam. K\u00fchne Hubert. Er sollte der grosse Gewinner des Tages werden. Zun\u00e4chst ging er mit V1 aus dem Ring, um sp\u00e4ter bester R\u00fcde zu werden und das CAC zu erhalten. Doch damit nicht genug wie man weiter unten lesen wird. Auch er hat \u00fcbrigens eine amerikanische Mutter und einen australischen Grossvater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Siegerklasse wurde wiederum nur 1 R\u00fcde gezeigt: Ch. Cameron from Highlanders Yard (Aquila from Highlanders Yard x Brenda from Highlanders Yard) im Besitz von G. Breiter. Mit V1 wurde er sp\u00e4ter hinter Demian Reserve Bester R\u00fcde mit RCAC ( in der Schweiz beteiligt sich auch die Championklasse an der Vergabe des CACs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Veteranenklasse waren immerhin 2 fast zehnj\u00e4hrige alte Herren zu sehen: Quodlib Alpin of Baskerville (Ardkinglas Alvar&nbsp; x&nbsp; Roguesmoor Rhoana) Z\u00fcchterin: A. Krehling im Besitz von Herrn Orschiedt und Nelungaloo Complete (Nelungaloo Swift x Nelungaloo Fleet) Z\u00fcchterin: V. Hawke, Australien. Von seinem Besitzer Thomas K\u00fchne mutig im schwingenden echten Kilt vorgef\u00fchrt, erhielt Complete das V1. Er hatte sichtlich Freude daran, mal wieder einen Auftritt im Ring zu haben und war kaum dazu zu bewegen, brav seine Runde zu traben anstatt zu galoppieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Reigen der 25 H\u00fcndinnen er\u00f6ffnete als einzige J\u00fcngste Dana Dominique Fiadhaich (Calum Fiadhaich x Nelungaloo Charaid) Z\u00fcchterin und Besitzerin M. Del Sole. Sie erhielt VV1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Jugendklasse standen 5 H\u00fcndinnen. Lehigh Yankers Schwester Lehigh Yorlin the Deerhunter, ebenfalls im Besitz von R. Devaux und K. Rohrbach gewann mit V1 und erhielt das Jugend-BOB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit 9 H\u00fcndinnen in der Offenen Klasse waren wieder einige aus Schweizer Zuchten aber auch aus Deutschland, Frankreich, Australien und den USA vertreten. Alle diese H\u00fcndinnen stehen \u00fcbrigens in der Schweiz. Gewinnerin mit V1 und sp\u00e4ter drittbeste H\u00fcndin wurde Yarrow the Deerhunter (Aquila from Highlanders Yard x Veness the Deerhunter) Z\u00fcchterin und Besitzerin R. Devaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 H\u00fcndinnen standen in der Gebrauchshundeklasse. Die internationale Rennchampionesse und Ch. Crystal from Highlanders Yard (Aquila from Highlanders Yard x Brenda from Highlanders Yard) stand mit V1 vorne und wurde sp\u00e4ter beste H\u00fcndin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Championklasse wurden 2 schon reifere erprobte Zuchth\u00fcndinnen mit 7 bzw. 8. 5 Jahren gezeigt. Die j\u00fcngere Ch. Brenda from Highlanders Yard (Gayleward&#8217;s Prince Charming x Klyde of the Scottish Highlands) Z\u00fcchter und Besitzer: Fam. K\u00fchne Hubert, gewann, wurde sp\u00e4ter Reserve Beste H\u00fcndin und erhielt das RCAC hinter ihrer Tochter und Stallgef\u00e4hrtin Crystal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Veteranenklasse traten 3 w\u00fcrdige alte Damen an im Alter von 8 bis 12 Jahren und die noch beeindruckend frische 12-j\u00e4hrige Ch. Quodlibet Elentari (Ardkinglas Euston x Quodlibet Caledonia) Z\u00fcchterin: H. Quaritsch-Fricke, Besitzer: G. Demian from Highlanders Yard zugesprochen, der schon als 8\u2011monatiger J\u00fcngster an der Clubausstellung1998 zum Besten R\u00fcden erkl\u00e4rt wurde und nun diese Vorschusslorbeeren best\u00e4tigte. Doch damit nicht genug, mit viel Schwung und offensichtlichem Spass an der Sache erlief er sich sp\u00e4ter im Ehrenring das BIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wahl des sch\u00f6nsten Kopfes hatte man sich f\u00fcr den Ehrenring aufgehoben, um so alle daran teilhaben zu lassen. Es war ein sch\u00f6nes Bild, als Frau Klepp nochmals alle ausgestellten Deerhounds in den Ring bat und sie in grossem Halbrund vor ihr standen.
